In our Department we have an academic staff of 17. The research on many subject areas in both profit and non-profit organizations including the following: development of the process management systems, value chain management, the use of e-learning to improve the organization, theoretical models of competence management, negotiation strategies in the company, ergonomics and safety management, an analysis of the organization's strategy from the perspective of game theory, diagnosis of algorithms for computer aided management, analysis of risk factors in collaboration in logistics, the directions of development of the concept of quality management, research and development of organizational networks, changes in organizational structures of enterprises, and basic research trends in the media management. Some of the research projects done recently by the Department include: The analysis and designing of business management systems (2008-2009), Directions in primary research in the organisation of the processes of business management (2011), Methods in diagnostic research and decision making in organisation management (2012), Contemporary research directions in business management sciences (2013), Methodology of designing of organizational systems of enterprise (2012-2014).
