Department of Human Capital Management focuses its research interests on a wide variety of topics associated with human resource management in various types of organizations. The department aims to stay up to date with contemporary trends in it’s main field of research by participating annually in collective research projects, and taking part in wide variety of both local and international conferences and seminars on HRM. The most recent joint research project of the department concentrated on contemporary international human resource management, previous topics included managing expatriates, employees’ retention, remuneration in polish enterprises and talent management.
